2) Each Handicapper has a Home Page where he will highlight what he feels are his best points, give you a bit of insight into his style, methods, philosophy etc.

3) Each Handicapper has a Free Pick Page where they will give complimentary samples of their work, and tell you what is available for sale.

4) All records quoted on their pages are computer generated. No Handicapper can insert his own records. If you see the "Documented by HotStreaks.com", you KNOW that this record is computer generated and documented HotStreaks.com.

5) Handicappers are given 3 vehicles in which to promote their products. These are known as "Pick Groups." Each member of the HotStreaks.com Handicapper's League can sell his selections in any groupings he wishes for the price he chooses. Before paying for any Handicapper's selections, he will be required to tell you exactly how many selections you are buying, in which sport, and at what time the first game in that group kicks off.

6) You may choose to purchase selection services from the Handicapper or you may choose to monitor his free selections daily at no charge.

7) After all games are final, the Handicappers selections will be graded against The HotStreaks.com Official Posted Line by the computers. His records are updated automatically by the computer.

8) Any Handicapper's Pages found with any text regarding any selection records not fully documented by HotStreaks.com will be immediately eliminated from the Site. This will be done to protect the consumer and maintain HotStreaks.com's credibility in the industry.

Customers can then browse through the Handicapper's League Main Directory and "search/sort" the various Handicappers by several different criteria. Once a Handicapper is selected, visitors to HotStreaks.com's Site can browse the Handicapper's Home Page, learn a little about who he is, what he stands for and on what his selections are based.
