Public Virtual Sportsbook: What are the rules to win prizes?

OFFICIAL HotStreaks.COM PUBLIC VIRTUAL SPORTSBOOK RULES

1.0 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook is free to everyone.

2.0 HOW TO REGISTER: To register as a Player in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook (PVS), simply go to the PVS' Enter your Picks /Registration Page and provide a valid email address and the name by which you wish be known within the PVS. Immediately thereafter, as a registered Player, you can proceed to the Enter Your Picks area where you may begin playing in the PVS. No responsibility is assumed for incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries/registrations.

3.0 WINNERS: Winners will be determined by all Players that win the greatest number of stars for the previous week, month, and season for College Football and the National Football League. In the event of any ties with Weekly and or Monthly College Football or National Football League, the winners will be determined by the Player who came closest to choosing the total score of the Monday Night game. If a winner still cannot be ascertained, then a random drawing will be used to choose the victor. In the event of any ties with Season College Football winner, the winner will be determined by the Player who came closest to choosing the total score of the Super Bowl. If a winner still cannot be ascertained, then a random drawing will be used to choose the victor. In the event of any ties with Season National Football League winner, the winner will be determined by the Player that choose the greatest number of correct picks for the first week of the National Basketball Association regular season. If a winner still cannot be ascertained, then a random drawing will be used to choose the victor.

The Major League Baseball winner will be determined by all Players that win the greatest number of stars from August 1,1996 until the end of the season. In the event of any ties with Season Major League Baseball winner, the winner will be determined by the Player who came closest to choosing the total score of the first Monday Night Football game following the last game of the World Series. If a winner still cannot be ascertained, then a random drawing will be used to choose the victor.

4.0 PRIZES: Prizes not claimed within 30 days of notification shall be deemed forfeited.

4.1 The 1996 Major League Baseball Season top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive a HotStreaks.com Gift Certificate valued at $250. This gift certificate can be spent anywhere in HotStreaks.com's Professional Handicappers League. The winner must email HotStreaks.com requesting the selection(s) 24hrs in advance. Selected services shall be emailed well prior to gametime until the $250 has been completely used. The Gift Certificate shall be good until December 31st 1996.

4.2 The 1996 -1997 College Football Weekly top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive the: Official HotStreaks.com "1st Place, Public Virtual Sportsbook, Documented by HotStreaks.com" T-shirt. The size is XL. This T-shirt is of the highest quality 100% cotton with high quality artwork.

4.3 The 1996 -1997 National Football League Weekly top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive the: Official HotStreaks.com "1st Place, Public Virtual Sportsbook, Documented by HotStreaks.com" T-shirt. The size is XL. This T-shirt is of the highest quality 100% cotton with high quality artwork.

4.4 The 1996 -1997 College Football Monthly top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive a HotStreaks.com Gift Certificate valued at $200. This gift certificate can be spent anywhere in HotStreaks.com's Professional Handicappers League. The winner must email HotStreaks.com requesting the selection(s) 24hrs in advance. Selected services shall be emailed well prior to gametime until the $200 has been completely used. The Gift Certificate shall be good for 90 days after issuance.

4.5 The 1996 - 1997 National Football League Monthly top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive a HotStreaks.com Gift Certificate valued at $200. This gift certificate can be spent anywhere in HotStreaks.com's Professional Handicappers League. The winner must email HotStreaks.com (at: custsvc@sexysuzy.com) requesting the selection(s) 24hrs in advance. Selected services shall be emailed well prior to gametime until the $200 has been completely used. The Gift Certificate shall be good for 90 days after issuance.

4.6 The 1996 -1997 College Football Season top performer in HotStreaks.com's Public Virtual Sportsbook Rankings Report shall receive a round-trip to Las Vegas for the winner and his/her guest sponsored by Heritage Worldwide Sportsbook. Trip may by redeemed between March 1, 1997 and March 1, 1998. Trip includes: two (2) round-trip airline tickets to Las Vegas, Nevada from a major commercial airport within the continental U.S. closest to the winner and three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations. Approximate retail value is $1000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any one prize is unavailable.

Trip may by redeemed between March 1, 1997 and March 1, 1998. Trip includes: two (2) round-trip airline tickets to Las Vegas, Nevada from a major commercial airport within the continental U.S. closest to the winner and three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations. Approximate retail value is $1000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution of prizes is permitted except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if any one prize is unavailable.

5.0 GENERAL: The Public Virtual Sportsbook is open to people 21 (twenty-one) or older as of December 31, 1996, except employees (and family members) of HotStreaks.com, and its advertising, promotion and production agencies. All State, Federal and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution, transfer or assignment of prize allowed, except by HotStreaks.com which reserves the right to substitute prizes in the event of unavailability. By accepting a prize, winner grants to HotStreaks.com the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation and agrees to execute a written consent. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release, which must be returned within 15 days of notification or prize may be awarded to an alternate. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
